Education at Calvary

At Calvary Episcopal Church, we strive to live out the promise we make in the Baptismal Covenant to "continue in the apostles' teaching." We offer education and faith formation for all ages — from nursery through Sunday School and youth mission trips to adult education — to enable spiritual growth for all.

Children up to age 4 are welcome in Calvary's nursery, which is staffed during Sunday services and some special services and events.

Sunday School for pre-kindergarten through grade 12 meets every week from September through May.

Confirmation class, for youth aged 16 and adults seeking confirmation or reception in the Episcopal church, is held every year at Calvary.

Calvary's youth meet throughout the school year to plan and raise funds for bi-annual mission trips.

Adult education is a priority at Calvary. The Forum, a Sunday morning presentation and discussion, takes place twice a month during the Sunday School hour. At other times during the week, various Small Groups meet for study, fellowship and prayer. Other events are occasionally scheduled throughout the year.
