The "ministry" isn't ordained ministry. EfM provides the basics of a theological education, thereby training lay people — who are the primary ministers of the church — to live out the promises made at baptism.
EfM is a four-year course. The curriculum schedule is:
It is recommended that students start with year one, but the classes maybe taken at any time. After completion of all four years, students are awarded a certificate from the University.
An EfM seminar, which includes members of Calvary as well as other parishes, meets at Calvary weekly from September through May.
