SUMMARY:Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:All are invited to participate in the Annual Meeting of Calvary. \nThe meeting will be incorporated into our worship service that day – we will have one service beginning at 9:30 am in Brackenridge Hall. The usual worship schedule of 8:30 and 10:30 am will be suspended on this day only\, returning to our normal schedule on February 4. \nAll members aged 16 and over are invited to vote on issues\, including our new vestry member slate and the acceptance of the 2024 budget. Children will be gathering in the Sunday school rooms for snacks\, games and fun! \nAll are not only invited – all are needed to attend this critical meeting as we move forward with our neighbors at the Mayo Clinic in their new expansion project\, take an honest look at our finances\, elect new vestry members\, celebrate those members who are retiring\, and celebrate our deep and rich people resources and leaders. \nCoffee and snacks will be provided\, and the vestry will stay following the service to answer questions and receive comments. You don’t want to miss this meeting! It will be livestreamed as well.
