SUMMARY:All-Parish Picnic in the Courtyard
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of year again! Local favorite band Jaggedease will be playing\, and Charlie’s Eatery will be catering boxed lunches. We will be in the courtyard (in case of rain we will be inside) following the 10:30 service. Please bring a lawn chair for yourself and one to share if you can. \nPlease use the Sign Up Genius link [coming soon!] to let us know you are coming! You can also sign up on the sheet in Brackenridge Hall or call\, text or email Cindy Heins at 507 993-5824 or heins.cynthia@gmail.com. When you sign up\, you can select your boxed lunch option: ham\, turkey\, or veggie sandwiches\, pasta salad\, chips\, a pickle\, and a cookie. There is also a gluten-free option\, with your choice of ham or turkey wrapped in lettuce\, along with fresh fruit\, a wrapped pickle\, and a gluten free cookie. We will have a jar out to collect free will donations. \nLast fall\, 130 parishioners attended.  Let’s see if we can beat that number in 2022!

DESCRIPTION:Announcing\, in conjunction with the All-Parish Picnic\, \nThe First Annual Great Calvary Pie Bake-Off! \nCome one\, come all armed with your homemade pies! On October 2\, we are going to find out who is the greatest 2022 Pie Baker at Calvary. To enter\, just have your pie at Calvary by 10:00 am. Please put your name on the bottom of your pie plate. Our panel of guest judges will taste the pies and choose a winner. We will then serve the pies at the picnic. \nThe rules are simple: Your pie must be homemade by you. There is no age limit for our bakers! We welcome all pies!
