It is about 30 minutes long\, and readers will be invited out of the gathered congregation by the lay leaders. \nThe nursery\, staffed by two adults each Sunday who are vaccinated\, boosted\, and Safeguarding God’s Children trained\, will be available 8:30 am – 11:15 am. \nMasks are required for this service. DESCRIPTION:This is one of two services each Sunday: at 10:00 am\, Calvary offers a Rite II service of Holy Eucharist. Rite II uses more contemporary language and includes congregational and choral singing. Members of the Motet Choir will lead our music\, but all who love to sing and are interested in a short-term choir experience are invited to be a part of the choir on any given Sunday. Just come to Calvary at 9:15 to practice. This service will be inside usually\, but a few times this summer we will move outside. \nThe nursery\, staffed by two adults each Sunday who are vaccinated\, boosted\, and Safeguarding God’s Children trained\, will be available 8:30 am – 11:15 am. \nMasks at this service are optional if vaccinated. All are welcome!

The Motet Choir will lead our music. \nThe nursery\, staffed by two adults each Sunday who are vaccinated\, boosted\, and Safeguarding God’s Children trained\, will be available 8:30 am – 11:15 am. \nMasks at this service are optional if vaccinated. All are welcome!

SUMMARY:Picnic Church!
DESCRIPTION:Our last Picnic Church of the season will be at 4:30pm this Sunday\, September 25\, in the Oasis Garden. We had 20 worshippers for this service in August – it is relaxed\, joyful\, and short! Bring a supper and a chair to sit in and come enjoy the beauty of the Oasis Garden in the fall\, and enjoy one another. It’s a great way to introduce a friend to Calvary.

DESCRIPTION:Join us at 8:30 pm each week for compline on the Calvary Facebook Page.  \n  \nCompline is descended from the night prayers said before bed at the end of the monastic round of daily prayer. It is a simple office\, including a confession of sins\, one or more psalms\, a short reading from scripture\, versicles and responses\, the Lord’s Prayer\, collects which ask for God’s protection during the night to come\, and the canticle Nunc dimittis.
