Join us on Sunday, May 17, for an Ascension evensong featuring the works of Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872-1958). The Motet Choir will perform settings of the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis from Vaughan Williams’ service for village choirs (1925) and his anthem “At the Name of Jesus.” An organ recital by Calvary’s minister of music, Travis Whaley, will follow the choral evensong.
