A faithful and giving staff.
Music that points the soul to God.
Formation and outreach activities for all ages.
Pastoral care to help us through our brightest and darkest days.
Our building and people offering hope and healing from our little corner of the world.

Calvary is extraordinarily blessed by the faithfulness, talent, and generosity of our parishioners. As an entirely self-sustaining congregation, everything we do together is supported by friends, families, and individuals committed to an Episcopal presence in downtown Rochester. Join us in our mission by pledging or making a gift to Calvary. Learn more below.

Making a Pledge

The best way to support Calvary financially includes making a pledge – a commitment to give to the congregation over the course of the upcoming year. Pledges can be made in any amount – large or small, paid all at once or at intervals of your choosing, via cash or check or other means (keep reading to see what tools are available to fulfill your pledge). Pledges are confidential, and can be adjusted over the course of the year as necessary.

Why is it so important to pledge? Like all institutions, Calvary operates within a budget so that we can plan for the year ahead and ensure funding for programs, mission and outreach, staff salaries, and building maintenance. When you make your pledge of any amount, you are offering a gift to this life-changing place, to God’s mission in our neighborhood, and to our fellow parishioners as we walk together. Your pledge also helps to fund ministries in the Diocese of Minnesota, supporting brothers and sisters in Christ from Hallock to Rushford, Marshall to Grand Marais, and everywhere between.

Questions about pledging? Please contact Phil Malley, our bookkeeper, at finance@calvary-rochester.org.
