A blessed and happy Easter to you!  In the midst of this chaotic and difficult time, when many people are feeling confused and hopeless, we cling to the promise of God made manifest in the risen Jesus Christ. God’s revelation in Christ, God’s promise of resurrection, new life, and the conquering of death made real in the empty tomb that day so long ago in Palestine. Turn to Jesus, over and over, through prayer and intentional thought, through grasping for him as Mary tried to do in the garden when she thought she was seeing the gardener, and in fact she was seeing her risen friend. Put him at your center and remember that the job of salvation has already been done – our job now is to live as faithfully as we can, Alleluia Christ is Risen! Christ is risen indeed, Alleluia!
